SYSTEM 1 — JOB COSTING & QUOTE SYSTEM ($24.99 separately)
Quote it, cost it, and know the profit on every job. 7 tabs:
1. Start Here — business name, labor rate, markup % on materials, target margin %.
2. Dashboard — jobs quoted / won / in progress / complete / lost, quoted value, costs, profit and average margin on completed jobs, balances still owed, margin alerts.
3. Jobs — one row per job: client, job name, type and status dropdowns, quoted price, dates.
4. Job Costs — one row per cost (labor hours, materials, subs, permits, equipment): quantity × rate, totals automatic.
5. Job Profit — per job: labor / materials / sub & other rollups, profit $, margin %, NEGATIVE MARGIN and BELOW TARGET flags against your target.
6. Quote Builder — the client-facing quote: line-item prices, deposit and terms. Prices only — your costs, rates and margins are never on that sheet.
7. Payments — deposit, progress and final payments per job, with balances and status automatic.

SYSTEM 2 — HANDYMAN JOB TRACKER MINI ($12.99 separately)
The simple tracker for a solo handyman. 5 tabs:
1. Start Here — your name, hourly rate, materials markup %.
2. Dashboard — jobs, revenue, job profit, average profit per job, unpaid balances, overhead, and the bottom line after expenses.
3. Job Log — one row per job: hours, costs, amount charged, paid so far; profit and balance due calculate themselves, unpaid balances shade amber.
4. Monthly Summary — type the 1st of a month and it fills in from the Job Log (typed dates only — no TODAY() tricks).
5. Expenses — overhead (tools, fuel, insurance, phone) kept separate from job costs, so nothing is ever double-counted.
Its example is a fictional solo handyman’s first four months: 15 small jobs, $4,070 charged, $602 of job profit, $600 still owed, and an honest −$119.50 bottom line after start-up overhead.
HOW IT WORKS
Type in the yellow cells. The grey cells are formulas — they do the math. Dropdown menus keep entries tidy. Use the Mini for the small stuff and the Job Costing System when a job needs a proper quote and per-job margin tracking; plenty of one-person businesses run both side by side.

Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (free with a Google account). Both workbooks are formatted to print.
