The paper half of an organized home.

Our spreadsheets run the numbers — this pack is for the fridge door, the kitchen counter, and the front of a home binder. Six clean, ready-to-print forms that capture the information every household needs in the moment it’s needed: an emergency, a sitter arriving, a pet to feed, a week to organize.

WHAT’S INCLUDED (instant digital download — 7 PDFs)
Six individual forms, each a single print-ready page, PLUS one combined all-in-one PDF with all six:

1. Home Emergency Information — contacts, family medical notes, doctors, insurance, meeting place, shutoff locations
2. Pet Sitter Instructions — pet profiles, feeding, daily routine, medication, vet and emergency vet
3. Babysitter Information Sheet — parent contacts, the children, evening routine, food and rules, emergency numbers
4. Honey-Do / Home To-Do List — a Top 3 for the week plus a 12-line full list with Done, Priority, and Due columns
5. Grocery Checklist — six categories in two columns with checkboxes and a quantity column, plus a Don’t Forget line
6. Important Home Information — water, gas, and electrical shutoffs, service providers, filter size, trash days (no password fields — some things don’t belong on paper)

HOW IT WORKS
Download, print at 100% on US Letter, fill in by hand, and file. Print fresh copies any time life changes — new sitter, new pet, new house. Every form uses the same navy-and-teal layout, so the set looks like a system, not a stack of printouts. The PDFs also scale cleanly to A4.

THE PAPER COMPANION TO OUR SPREADSHEETS
This pack pairs with the RemodelLedger home spreadsheets in our shop — Home Inventory, Home Maintenance Manager, and Kitchen Inventory — and with the Whole Home Bundle. Spreadsheets for the records that change; paper for the moments that can’t wait for a login.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of printable PDF forms — no physical item will be shipped, and the forms are not fillable on a computer; they are designed to be printed and completed by hand. Colors may vary slightly by printer.

A note on how our files are made: files are created with the help of AI tools, then designed and checked by hand before listing — every form in this pack was print-tested page by page before it was listed.
