You sold the card — but what did you actually make on it? After the buy price, the grading fee, the sleeves, the marketplace’s cut and the shipping, most resellers honestly don’t know. This tracker answers it for every single card: log what a card cost you, mark it sold, and the fees and your true net profit calculate themselves.

Up front, honestly: RemodelLedger is a home renovation spreadsheet shop. This tracker is a deliberate one-product test outside that niche — the shop owner also buys and sells trading cards (mostly on Facebook Marketplace) and built this to run that side of things. It’s held to the same standard as every other product here: fully formula-tested, with a filled example, and support from the shop if you get stuck.

The 5 tabs:
• Start Here — your settings plus an editable marketplace fee table (eBay, TCGplayer, Facebook Marketplace, Local / In-person, Other). It ships with current published standard rates; check them against your account, edit the yellow cells, and every fee and profit in the workbook updates.
• Dashboard — the whole business on one screen: total invested, inventory value at cost, cards held and sold, total revenue, total fees, total net profit, average profit per card sold, your best sale so far, and total grading spend — plus a net-profit-by-marketplace chart.
• Card Log — one row per card: buy price, grading cost and other costs roll into a single cost basis; status dropdowns (In Inventory / Listed / Sold); and when a card sells, the marketplace fee is looked up from your fee table and net profit appears. Money-losing sales flag themselves in red.
• Sales Summary — cards sold, revenue, fees and net profit broken down by marketplace, so you can see which channel actually makes you money after fees.
• Grading Tracker — a simple log of cards sent for grading: company, dates out and back, cost, and the grade received.

About the fee numbers: the fee table ships with published standard rates checked in October 2026 (eBay Trading Cards 13.25% + $0.40 per order; TCGplayer Level 1–4 combined 13.25% + $0.30; Facebook Marketplace 10% on shipped orders; local sales 0%). Rates change, seller tiers differ, and some marketplaces charge fees on a total that includes sales tax, which this tracker does not model — so treat the results as solid estimates for your own bookkeeping, check the table against your payout statements, and keep it updated. This is a bookkeeping tool, not financial advice.

You receive 3 files:
1. The tracker, BLANK — fee table filled with the defaults above, ready for your inventory.
2. The tracker, EXAMPLE — a fictional reseller with 14 invented cards (7 sold across eBay, TCGplayer, Facebook Marketplace and a local sale, 4 of them graded), so you can see exactly how everything works before you start.
3. A Quick Start Guide (PDF) — setup in about 5 minutes, the fee table explained, and every tab walked through.

Good to know:
• Works for any trading card game and for raw or graded cards — no game-specific content, just your numbers.
• Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Yellow cells are for typing, grey cells are formulas — that’s the only rule.
• No subscriptions, no macros, no add-ons. Buy once, reuse season after season.
• Instant download — files are available as soon as you check out.

Also from RemodelLedger: the main shop line is home renovation and home organization spreadsheets — the Home Renovation Planner System ($34.99), the Kitchen Remodel Planner ($17.99) and the Whole Home Bundle ($34.99). If the room your cards live in is next on your project list, they’re worth a look.

About how this was made: This spreadsheet was created with the help of AI tools, then independently formula-tested (90 automated checks recalculated and verified, including blank, zero-value and edited-fee-table cases) and reviewed before listing — the same standard as every RemodelLedger product. The example cards and numbers are fictional.
