Nobody forgets to clean the kitchen counters. What gets forgotten is the fridge coils, the exhaust fan, the grout — the 56 jobs that make a house actually deep clean, each on its own clock. The Deep Cleaning & Home Care Schedule puts every one of them on a rhythm: listed room by room, dated when done, and judged Overdue, Due This Week, or OK every time you open it.

It starts on Start Here with the one habit that runs everything: type today’s date. This workbook never reads a clock (no TODAY() formulas anywhere), so its statuses always judge against a date you chose. From there, type a date in a task’s Last Done cell when you finish it — that is the whole system.

The 5 tabs:
• Start Here — the home’s name and the check date everything judges against.
• Dashboard — the house at a glance: tasks by frequency, overdue and due-this-week counts, tasks not yet scheduled, this week’s rotation zone, and the supply picture with an estimated restock cost.
• Room-by-Room Matrix — 56 tasks in 7 areas (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living Areas, Bedrooms, Laundry & Utility, Whole Home, Exterior & Garage), each Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, or Annual. Next Due calculates from Last Done (7 / 30 / 91 / 365 days — fixed lengths, always hand-checkable) and Status flags itself: red for overdue, amber for due this week.
• Rotation Schedule — the zone method: four weekly deep-clean focus zones (Kitchen & Bathrooms, Living Areas, Bedrooms & Laundry, Whole Home & Exterior). The tab reads your check date and names this week’s zone, so the whole house gets deep-cleaned every month without a marathon weekend.
• Supply Inventory — every cleaning supply with its storage place, quantity on hand, and reorder level. Hit the level and the item flags Restock, with the cost of topping it back up priced in.

The example is a real-shaped house, not a fantasy. The filled example is a fictional home checked on October 15, 2026: 56 tasks (13 weekly, 21 monthly, 13 seasonal, 9 annual), 8 honestly overdue — the oven, the grout, last year’s exhaust fan — 19 due this week, and exactly one never-scheduled task (the fridge coils, naturally). It is rotation week 3, Bedrooms & Laundry, and 9 of 12 supplies need restocking at $63.18. Every number is hand-verifiable.

Keeping the whole home running? The rest of the shelf:
• What you own: the Home Inventory ($14.99) — every room catalogued with values, for insurance and sanity.
• The fixes, not just the cleaning: the Home Maintenance Manager ($12.99) — HVAC, filters, detectors and seasonal maintenance with costs.
• The tidy-up companion: the Declutter & Organization Planner ($12.99) — room-by-room decluttering, a 30-day challenge, donation and sales logs.
• All the home systems: the Whole Home Bundle ($34.99).

You receive 3 files:
1. The schedule, BLANK — all 56 tasks, zones and categories in place, ready for your dates.
2. The schedule, EXAMPLE — the complete fictional home filled in, so you can see exactly how everything works.
3. A Quick Start Guide (PDF) — setup in about 5 minutes, every tab explained, and a walkthrough of the example.

Good to know:
• Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Yellow cells are for typing, grey cells are formulas — that’s the only rule.
• No subscriptions, no macros, no add-ons, no app. Buy once, run the house on it for years.
• Instant download — files are available as soon as you check out.
• Add, delete, or re-frequency any task — the matrix is a starting rhythm, not a contract.

About how this was made: This spreadsheet was created with the help of AI tools, then independently formula-tested (172 automated checks recalculated and verified, including blank and no-check-date cases) and reviewed before listing — the same standard as every RemodelLedger product. The example home is fictional.
