HOW PERSONALIZATION WORKS
The sample photos show the name “Alexandra”, but your tumbler will be printed with the name YOU type into the personalization box. Type the name you want printed — it prints exactly as you type it, so please check spelling and capitalization. You will even see a live preview of your name on the tumbler before you buy!
Printed and shipped by our production partner.
Made to order: these items are produced one at a time, and personalized items are made with your own photo or text — for that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exception: if your item arrives damaged, or the printed result does not match the photo or text you uploaded, message us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and we will replace it or refund you.
